PF970 die-cutting machine is a professional machine for
die-cutting, creasing and embossing of various coated paper, plain
paper, corrugated paper and plastic materials. It is suitable for
die-cut paper cups, cartons, medical packaging, wine packaging,
food packaging and other environmentally friendly products. At the
same time, the machine is equipped with microcomputer, HMI, servo
positioning, AC frequency converter, automatic counting,
photoelectric rectification, pneumatic clamping, electromagnetic
clutch, centralized oil lubrication, overload protection and unique
gear transmission and other functions.

Worm Gear Structure. Main base frame, moving frame and top frame are all adopts high
strength Ductile Cast Iron QT500-7, which has features of high
tensile strength, anti-deformation and anti-fatigable.
Lubrication System. Adopts forced lubrication system to ensure main driving oil
supply regularly and reduce frication and prolong the machine life,
machine will shut down for protection if oil pressure is low. The
oil circuit adds a filter to clear the oil and a flow switch to
monitor lacking oil.
The main part. Die cutting force is provided by 7.5KW variable frequency motor
driver. It not only saves electricity, but also can realize
stepless speed regulation, especially with the extra-large
flywheel, the die-cutting force is strong and stable, and the
electricity consumption is further reduced.
